Store ateliervinduer og glas i gavlen tillader rigelige mængder dagslys og en fantastisk udsigt til havet fra 1. salen.

I stueplan har man bevaret de gamle revledøre, med moderne glas/aludøre bagved. De gamle staldvinduer er bevaret intakte og aftagelige forsatsruder på indervæggen bidrager til et godt indeklima om vinteren.

Det er lykkedes, med respekt for den bevaringsværdige bygning, at skabe en tidssvarende og moderne udvidelse af boligen.

Conversion of a barn and transformation of the hayloft into living space in a residence dating from 1770/1930.

Large studio windows and glass in the gable provide generous natural light and offer stunning views of the sea from the first floor.

On the ground floor, the old wooden plank doors have been preserved, with modern glass/aluminium doors installed behind them. The original stable windows have been kept intact, and removable secondary glazing on the interior walls helps ensure a comfortable indoor climate during the winter.

With respect for the building’s heritage value, a contemporary and modern extension of the home has been successfully created.
